Ballygall Road East Older Person’s Complex redevelopment

Dessie Ellis TD and Local Representative Noeleen Reilly are pleased to inform you that funding has been granted for the redevelopment of the older person’s complex at Ballygall Road East. Fold Ireland propose to submit a revised planning application to Dublin City Council. These works are due to commence in early 2013 subject to planning permission. The project will be carried out in two phases. Phase one will be numbers 67-189 (4 blocks) and phase two will be the last block numbers 191-221.
